The online application date 2023 for the University Of Mpumalanga for Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase Teaching is dated 30 September 2022. Because space is limited, admitted new students must register during the designated registration period.

Registration for the relevant program will close if all available slots for new students are filled before the conclusion of the registration period.
The registration process will be done on a first-come, first-served basis. As a result, acceptance into a program does not ensure enrollment.

Admission requirements For University of Mpumalanga Online Application UMP 2023-2024

NEW STUDENTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO APPLY ONLINE:

South African Citizens

  • Paid the minimum initial deposit due prior to registration and be financially cleared
  • Uploaded all required documentation on the student portal under certificates seen – (ID, matric/senior certificate, academic record with statement of conduct)
  • Received letter confirming firm offer from Department of Student Admissions based on their final results.

International Students

In terms of the Immigration Act, international students must provide:

  • Certified copy of passport
  • A valid Study Permit
  • Medical aid cover letter
  • Police clearance
  • SAQA certificate
  • Admission letter
  • Proof of initial payment or confirmation letter from sponsor.
  • International students must pay 50% of their tuition fee before registration.

Make sure you have electronic copies of your documents to upload (acceptable document types/formats include pdf, doc, Docx, tiff, PNG, jpg, jpeg):

  • Capture your biographical information and click “next” to proceed with your application;
  • Capture results details then add subjects and click “next”;
  • Capture educational institution detail and click “next”;
  • Capture academic application details (choose 2 choices/programs you wish to apply for), click on “add the qualification” and thereafter click “next”;
  • Verify/Check your application details then click “Continue”;
  • Create your 5-digit PIN (e.g 24689), click “I accept”(twice) checkbox thereafter click “Submit Application”;
  • Upload your documents, select “yes” on the dropdown list if all your documents are ready to be uploaded, and then click “next”;
  • Click “Load/View Document” >> “Upload document” >> “Choose/Browse file” go to the folder where your documents are stored, choose the relevant document, and click “save”;
  • Once all documents have been uploaded click “complete upload”;
  • Confirmation Page, end of the application

  • Applicants must obtain Grade 11 at least Grade 12 to be qualified for a program.
