Is Saga a safe bank?

Your money is safe with Saga it’s fully authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority.

It’s also FSCS protected, which means that the government will completely protect all deposits up to R5117.39 in the unlikely event that Goldman Sachs goes bust.

Is Saga covered by FSCS?

To calculate the protected amount for each of you, we’ll take the total balance in your joint Saga Savings account(s) and divide it equally to the nearest penny.

Can you have more than one saga savings account?

Yes, the Saga Easy Access Savings Account and Saga 1 Year Fixed Rate Saver can be opened jointly by up to two people. Additional terms apply to joint accounts.

For example, if you open a joint account, we’ll usually accept instructions on the account from either of you.

Does Saga Bank have an app?

If you’re a Saga customer and have signed up to access your benefits (formerly Possibilities) and created a My Saga account, just download the app and sign in using the same email address and password.
