Do grocery stores carry rennet?
Basically to make proper good cheese it’s best to use rennet made specifically for cheese. BUT you can use Junket rennet which can be found in your local supermarket, it’s usually where the pudding-making supplies are, maybe the baking section.
How much rennet per Litre of milk?
The amount of milk depends on which cheese you are looking to make, please refer to your specific instructions. However, as a general rule of thumb; Use 0.5 ml per 1 L (except for halloumi which requires double the amount)
