What are urine bags called?
Urostomy pouches are special bags that are used to collect urine after some types of bladder surgery. Instead of going to your bladder,
urine will go outside of your abdomen into the urostomy pouch. The surgery to do this is called a urostomy.
How many times can urine bags be used?
Non-sterile catheter bags that are designed for single-use, will need to be changed after draining. This is common in single-use night catheter bags.
