University of Fort Hare Admission Requirements;
A complete application, submitted entirely online, MUST include the following materials:
- Proof of payment receipt of your application fee
- A Certified copy of your Identity Document
- Exam Results: Final Grade 12 results (if available). Grade 11 results (if you currently doing grade 12) are very important for your application. Thus, have it on hand.
- A unique email address when applying either online or in a hard copy.
- Successful candidates will receive an SMS and an admission letter, together with a registration guide, which reflects the registration dates and orientation programs.
UNDERGRADUATE REGISTRATION

Registration dates have been arranged per academic qualification and connected to morning and afternoon courses in order to reduce contact time. Please make sure you are available on the specified date and at the specified location.
Postgraduate Registration
Due to the extensive process of their selection and the late registration deadline provided to them, master’s and Ph.D. students may register until March 31, 2022.
Important Notice:
Due to space availability and the university’s discretion on enrollment quotas, Online Registration for quotas that are filled may close earlier than this date. Because this is a very competitive field, it is critical that applicants complete the registration process as soon as possible.
