What is Fingerboard?
A fingerboard is a scaled-down replica of a skateboard that a person “rides” with their fingers, rather than their feet.
A fingerboard is typically 100 millimeters long with a width ranging from 26 to 55 mm, with graphics, trucks, and plastic or ball-bearing wheels, like a skateboard.

Why is the fingerboard so expensive?
The reason why fingerboards are expensive is because of the time and knowledge that is put into them. Besides just wood and glue, there is a lot more that goes into the making of a professional fingerboard.
What is the best size fingerboard?
32mm is now the standard, but there was a time when riding a 32mm seemed way too wide to ride! The standard 32mm complete setup is just the right width.
Since it’s been around for a while, there are plenty of additional options designed specifically for 32mm setups.
How thick is a fingerboard?
Each layer’s grain should run at a 90-degree angle to the layer beneath it to give the lamination super strength! Here I’ve used a standard thickness veneer (0.6mm thick). You can get creative and use a variety of different species to make your board unique.
