APPLICATIONS

In these regulations admission refers to the approval by the Admissions Officer for a candidate to report for registration as the student at the college, irrespective of whether the prospective student has previously been registered or not. No candidate shall be registered as a diploma student of the college unless:-

He/she has complied with such other conditions as the college administration may prescribe.

• He/she has paid the required prescribed fees.

Every person registered as the student of the college shall be registered for one semester of the study, after the expiry of which, such a person shall, if wishing to remain a student of the college, renew his or her registration. No students shall register at the specified dates and time each year. The college cannot guarantee to keep the place of any student if he or she is late for registration. No students shall be allowed to report for registration after the specified dates. Unless a written consent of the Rector has been obtained for such late registration, and an additional late registration fee as stipulated under section 8.2 has been paid. No student may register the same subject for more than three times unless he/she has obtained a written consent of the Rector.
