What is Telecommunication Ombudsman?
The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman is a free and independent dispute resolution service for residential consumers and small businesses who have unresolved problems with their phone or internet service.

Can I complain directly to the Ombudsman?
How to complain to an ombudsman. Check the ombudsman’s website to see how to make a complaint – most of them have an online form.
Tell the ombudsman if you need extra support making a complaint – for example help filling out forms or making the complaint in a language that isn’t English.
Does the Ombudsman charge a fee?
Ombudsman Services is free to consumers. We are funded by the fee a company that is signed up to our scheme pays to have each complaint reviewed. This covers the cost of us handling the case.
