How much is a shisha?
Your average hookah bowl is designed to hold around 20g to 25g of shisha tobacco. This is equivalent to roughly 1/2 a 50g box, or 2 to 3 tablespoons of tobacco (for the “culineratti” out there). You’ll want to break up the tobacco so that there aren’t many large clumps.

How do you pick a good shisha?
Brass, copper, stainless steel, and aluminum are the most commonly used metals in hookah manufacturing. The MOST important thing to look out for is the quality of the metal. Low-quality metals won’t hold up as well over time and will eventually give you issues with possible air leaks, corrosion, or even a broken pipe.
