Safety in Society At Mnambithi TVET College
Issues a National Certificate Vocational NC(V) Safety in Society after successfully completing level 4. Students can apply for a career in the Criminal Justice System such as the South African Police Force, South African National Defence Force, Correctional Services, Traffic, Metro Police, or Law Enforcement Agency should they comply with the minimum Safety in Society requirements.
General
Full-time lectures run from 08:00 to 15:45 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 13:30 on Fridays. Students are required to obtain an ISAT (Practical) and ICASS (Theory) mark during the year to be allowed to register for the final examination. External Examinations are written at the end of each Level (year) during November of each year. Supplementary Examination is during February / March of the next year for subjects that failed in November.

Admission Requirements
A Grade 9 or equivalent as well as:
Body Mass Index Assessment (BMI), Personal Interview, Medical Assessment by prospective student’s General Practitioner / Clinic at own cost; Illegal substance assessment by prospective student’s General Practitioner/Clinic at own cost
