How long can PU leather last?
PU leather furniture designs generally last between three to five years. It depends on how much you use your furniture and how well you care for it rather than how long-lasting the products are. If you invest in a good quality PU leather chair and clean it every three to six months, it will last about five years.
How long do PU bags last?
Typically, PU leather lasts about 1-2 years before it starts showing signs of tearing and breakdown. Real leather can last a lifetime or more with proper care. If durability and longevity are a big concern for you, then real leather is most likely a better option.
Is PU leather good for hot weather?
Both faux leather and PU leather, are usually less breathable than real leather, which will affect comfort, especially during warmer weather or extended wear. PU leather is usually more costly than other faux leathers.
Can PU leather get wet?
Animal leather is not water resistant. It absorbs it and gets quite wet. Pu leather on the other hand is very water resistant and does not absorb it at all. This adds to the durability of it.
