What is Office Administration?
Office administration is a set of day-to-day activities that are related to the maintenance of an office building, financial planning,
record-keeping and billing, personal development, physical distribution, and logistics, within an organization.
Office Administration At Letaba TVET College
Duration: One year per NQF level.
Admission requirements:
- Grade 9 or higher
- ABET Level 4
- NQF Level 1
To obtain a National Certificate: A total of 7 subjects: 3 Fundamental and 4 Vocational subjects, of which 3 are compulsory and 1 is optional.
Access to the following vocational activities:
- Coordinate office correspondence;
- Type letters, reports, memoranda, agendas, and minutes;
- Maintain equipment and stationery supplies;
- Perform receptionist duties;
- Coordinate and organize functions;
- Organise meetings, staff travel itineraries, and accommodation;
- Operate office equipment;
- Become a call center operator.
