How long does Vodacom take to repair a phone?

Our workshop (RRC) strives to repair devices between 24 and 72 hours, which is subject to spare part/s availability, and warranty conditions.

In the event that the RRC is unable to perform the repair at the required level, the device will be sent to the Vodacom Advanced Repair Centre (ARC) for resolution.

How long do phone repair shops take?

Our most popular repairs can be completed in any of our Service Centres within 30 minutes, whilst some tablet, laptop and postal repairs could take between 48-72 hours. We will try our very best to get your devices returned to you looking as good as new in as little time as possible.
