What is Mazda RX8?
The Mazda RX-8 is a sports car manufactured by Japanese automobile manufacturer Mazda between 2002 and 2012. It was first shown in 2001 at the North American International Auto Show. It is the successor to the RX-7 and, like its predecessors in the RX range, it is powered by a rotary Wankel engine.

Is RX-8 a good car to buy?
The Mazda RX8 is an amazing car it sounds great and looks good too. It’s comfortable for a sports car and it is so much fun to drive. The reliability is below average but not terrible. It isn’t very expensive to fix the car either.
Is RX-8 high maintenance?
Just remember that the Mazda RX-8 is relatively high-maintenance, but if you would rather not deal with it, just buy a Honda S2000 or a Mazda Miata. You won’t regret either one of those cars.
Is Mazda RX-8 fuel efficient?
The RX-8 is known to be very costly to run thanks to its thirsty rotary petrol engine. Two power outputs were available and even the lesser of the two, the 189bhp model, can only manage 26.7mpg. The 228bhp version claims fuel economy of 25.2mpg but in truth neither regularly manages much more than 20mpg.
