UCT English Language Centre (1) IELTS test preparation courses in South Africa are for students who want
to prepare for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam to improve job prospects or gain admission into a university.

How long does it take to get IELTS results in South Africa?
Your results will be available 13 days after your test (3-5 days for IELTS on computer). Test centres will either post your Test Report Form to you or have it ready for you to pick up in person.

What is the IELTS score for South Africa?
IELTS: A valid (no more than 2 years old) IELTS Academic Test Report Form with an overall score of band 6.5 or above, with at least 6.0 in each component.
What is the course duration of IELTS in South Africa?
The IELTS Preparation Course is a 25-hour, intensive online learning course offered twice a week for 2,5 hours per session over five weeks.
You can study remotely from the convenience of your own home, or face-to-face in Stellenbosch by special arrangement.
