What is Authorise Payment?
Payment Authorization is a process through which the amount to be paid on a payment method is verified.
How To Authorise Payment On Nedbank App
Navigate to the debit orders tab, then select Mandates to Authorise (mandate means to permit Nedbank to debit your account).
You will select a pending mandate/debit order to action. Review mandate/debit order details. If all the information is correct, select Authorise.
How to do proof of payment on Nedbank app?
Log on with your Nedbank ID app PIN or Face ID.
Tap Transact.
Choose Pay.
Scroll down to Your recent payments
Select the Once-off payments tab or Recipient payments tab if your payment was to a saved recipient.
Select the required transaction.
Tap Share proof of payment.
Decide how you’d like to share your proof of payment.
Type the details in the required fields.
Tap Share.
