How long does it take for Oratane to clear skin?
Isotretinoin capsules start to work after a week to 10 days. They work very well – 4 out of 5 people who use them have clear skin after 4 months. You will a have blood test before you start taking isotretinoin and regular blood tests during your treatment
Can you wear makeup while on ORATANE?
Yes, you can absolutely wear makeup while on Accutane. Most of my Accutane patients do wear makeup- and they find that this helps cover up the redness you may also experience from the Accutane. Make sure to remember your moisturizer and sunscreen every day as well. Best of luck!

Oratane does not affect your fertility in the long term. So even after taking Oratane you should be able to become pregnant in the future.
