Registering an FSP
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) requires that every Financial Services Provider (FSP) be registered with the FSCA before they may legally conduct business.
How do I submit financial statements to FSCA?
To submit the financial statements, log onto the FAIS Online system on the FAIS Page on the FSB’s website. The FSP must capture the information on the system and attach a copy of the signed financial statements as an annexure. All key individuals and compliance officers can use the FAIS Online system.
