The intermediate Phase is the education phase from Grade 4 to Grade 6.
More technical and academic skills are the focus.
Students studying this degree are required to choose from a variety of subjects, ranging from English and Maths to Learning Needs and Social Sciences.
Admission Requirement
Home Language AND First Additional Language level 4. To register for English as a Home Language (HL), English as First Additional Language (FAL) on level 5 (minimum 65%) is required.
PC: Afrikaans/Sesotho/Setswana as HL AND English as FAL;
VC: Afrikaans/English/IsiZulu/Sesotho as HL AND Afrikaans/English/Isi Zulu/Sesotho as FAL;
Subject-specific requirements: Mathematics level 3 (minimum 45%) OR Technical Mathematics level 4 (at least 50%)
DURATION: 4 years.
