No, NESTLÉ® NIDO® powdered milk beverage is not baby formula. NESTLÉ® NIDO® products are only intended for children ages 1 year and older. The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months of life and continued breastfeeding for as long as possible.
How many times a day can I give my baby Nido?
If the baby’s age is above 5 years you can feed the baby 2 to 3 glasses a day. It is internationally recognized that 2 to 3 glasses of milk is the daily requirement for children above 5 years of age. If the baby’s age is below 5 years it is recommended to consult a child specialist/doctor in this regard.
