The Steve Biko Campus is the home of the Durban University of Technology Gallery and can be found in the Cecil Tenaud Theatre above the Library.
The gallery supports the Faculty of Arts with its primary aim of educating and serving the art community with the aid of research and visual arts.

Is DUT still open for applications?
Applications to study at DUT closes on the 30th of November 2022, however, some programmes may have earlier closing dates (end of September 2022), no late applications either online or via walk-ins will be accepted
How many DUT campuses are there?
It has five campuses in Durban, and two in Pietermaritzburg. In April 2022, approximately 30439 students were enrolled to study at DUT. The University is one of five technical institutions on the African continent to offer Doctoral Degrees

Is DUT a good university?
This was the second time that the University had featured on the global rankings. Last September, it was announced that DUT was ranked as one of the top 5 universities in South Africa and one of the Top 500 universities globally, by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2021.
