What is the best glue for decoupage?
Mod Podge Matte Waterbase Sealer, Glue, and Finish. Coming in at number one is Mod Podge.
We’ve talked a little about why Mod Podge is our number one choice (below) but this Matte Sealer, Glue, and Finish is the perfect glue from the range for decoupaging.
How long will the decoupage last?
The recommended shelf life of decoupage medium is six months opened, and two years unopened. Of course, it could be way longer where you are because it depends on a variety of factors.
What happens if the decoupage gets wet?
If water is on your Mod Podge project for an extended period of time, you might notice some clouding.
Typically when you remove the water the Mod Podge will slowly dry to clear again. However, you might see some permanent cloudiness and/or rings.
