UCT Postgraduate Applications 2024
The University of Cape Town (UCT) Online Application Form for 2024 Postgraduate will be accessible on 1 April 2023 and close on 31 October 2023. Therefore, all those who wish to apply for postgraduate programs at the University of Cape Town (UCT) for the 2024-2025 academic year must visit www.uct.ac.za and apply online for 2024 or download the postgraduate application form in pdf format and fill before the closing date or deadline. No Late applications will be accepted in 2024
How to Apply Online at UCT Application Postgraduate Form 2024
UCT postgraduate online application for 2024 is very easy, simple, and accurate. Therefore, it is recommended that you use the online application form to submit your application. Follow the steps below:
- Visit UCT online website at apply online.uct.ac.za
- Choose “Postgraduate admission”
- Read the application instructions before you proceed
- Select the year in which you are applying, i.e 2024
- Then, click on “Continue” and go to the next step
- Please, read and accept the “PRIVACY NOTICE”
- After that, you click on “YES” if you are a first-time visitor to the UCT Online Application website or “NO” to sign in to the online application portal with your email address and password
- Enter your personal details to “Create a new Account” if you are a first-time applicant
- Complete and submit the online application form with your email address and password during the account creation
- Submit your application for review
You will not be able to make changes to your application once it has been submitted. You must contact our Admissions Office if you desire to amend your program selection or any other details. (Email: admissions-pg@uct.ac.za)
UCT Postgraduate Application Fees 2024
All postgraduate applicants must pay the following applications fee once they have received acknowledgment of application from UCT university
- UCT students/graduates (unless applying at the GSB): nil
- Postgraduate applications from South Africa and the SADC region: R100
- Postgraduate applications from outside of the SADC region: R300
- GSB applications from African citizens/permanent residents: R1 940
- GSB applications from outside of Africa: US$300
Take Note: Application fees are not refundable. Paying an application fee does not mean that your application will be successful. The application fee may be paid by direct deposit, electronic funds transfer (EFT), or credit card. Credit card payments must
be made online at https://payments.uct.ac.za/admissions
Required Supporting Documents for UCT Postgraduate Application 2024
All applicants are required to submit additional documents to the Admissions Office. This includes the following:
- Certified paper copies of documents uploaded online as part of your application
- Academic transcripts which may not have been available at the time of your application must be uploaded to our student
system; please log in using your username and password, and complete the submission; certified paper copies of such uploaded documents must be submitted - Where applicable, evidence of English language proficiency must be provided.
