The Tourism certificate program covers tourism, principles like tour guiding, four operators, and game rangers together with a public relations-related vocation in the tourism and hospitality industry by integrating theory with practical skills and values.
Once you have completed level 4 you would have the option to study further full-time toward a National N Diploma in Report 191 or apply for a National Diploma at a University of Technology full-time.
REQUIREMENTS FOR LEVEL 2
Grade 9 with a minimum pass with:
- Mathematics
- English
- Life Orientation
- Any other 4 Subjects
- Obtain a minimum of 40% for Numeracy in the College placement test for Grade 9 learners
- Obtain a minimum of 40% for Literacy in the College placement test for Grade 9 learners
