Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology is formally called PC training and business college, it was established in the ’90s and registered under the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006, and the Higher Education Act, 1997. Faculty of Business Leadership

Admission Requirements

This is the oldest faculty in the school and below are the admission requirements

  1. Any form of recognition of former learning.
  2. Further Education and Training (FET) NQF Level 4. According to the regulations of the Higher Education Regulations, the minimum age of aspirant should be 23years.
  3. National Senior Certificate (NSC) and a Higher Certificate, boosted by the appropriate subjects.
  4. A National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a backing degree, accompanied by the appropriate subjects.
  5. National Certificate Vocational (NCV) at NQF Level 4, accompanied by the appropriate subjects.

Faculty of Education, Recognition of Prior Learning, and Skills

Admission requirements

The admission requirements for this faculty are:

  1. Higher Education Qualification at NQF level 5 or 6. Applicants that have a working experience will have an added advantage
  2. A TVET Qualification at NQF level 4. Applicants should be a member of the Professional or Trade Association that conforms to the Quality Council for Trades & Occupations. (QCTO).
  3. A Bachelor Degree, at NQF Level 7. A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

The admission requirements for the faculty are as follows;

  1. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
  2. National Senior Certificate with an endorsement for admission to a Diploma and /or Degree.
  3. A National Certificate Vocational (NCV) at NQF Level 4, with the necessary subject combinations. Twenty-three is the minimum age requirement

  2. Mature age exception of twenty-three years.
  3. A-Level Students Pass in 2 subjects, whereas or O Level Students who have passed 12th class, or an equivalent A level examination, or a technical diploma after Secondary School Certificate with Maths and English in of the Secondary Education system.
  4. African National Senior Certificate or an endorsement for admission to a Degree backed up by a pass in Mathematics and one Science subject.

Faculty of Postgraduate Programmes

Entry Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma or equivalent NQF7 qualification are the requirements to study a postgraduate programme. Experience in management will be an added advantage.
